## The Founder — Ysi Gonzalez

I'm **Ysi** (pronounced *Easy*), founder of Vantelira and a Principal Forward Deployed Operator.

I spent 18 years inside Fortune 500 supply chains, building and fixing operations from the floor up. Not advising on them. Running them.

What I kept seeing, across every company and every industry, was the same thing: leadership ready to talk about the next tool before anyone understood how the current process actually worked. That gap — between what's documented and what's real — is where operations break. And it's where I've always done my best work.

I founded Vantelira to solve that problem with the same rigour I applied inside some of the world's largest operations, but for the growing businesses that need it most and rarely get access to it.
