## What We Do

Vantelira deploys Forward Deployed Operators inside client organizations. Three-phase model:

- **Phase I. Truth Audit (Process Archaeology).** We map the real process, not the documented one. Every workaround, undocumented handoff, and step that lives in someone's head. Deliverable: operational truth, a map of every failure point, and a scoped blueprint for Phase II. Yours to keep regardless of whether you continue with us.
- **Phase II. Deployment (Infrastructure Build).** Simplify before building. Process redesign, digital infrastructure, custom tooling, and AI only where the process is clean enough to hold it. Deliverable: a working system, not a report. Measurable before/after baselines.
- **Phase III. Leadership Tail (Transfer & Exit).** We transfer ownership and exit. The system runs without us. We build toward our own exit from day one.

## Two Kinds of Work

Operations work splits into two layers we keep distinct in every engagement:

- **Foundation work:** the substrate that lets you operate (intake, dashboards, automation, tool stack). Necessary infrastructure that doesn't show up in the P&L on its own.
- **Value work:** the interventions that change unit economics (margin, inventory accuracy, profitability mix, COGS). Felt the next quarter.

Most engagements need both. Phase I tells us the order and which one moves the needle first.

## How We Use AI

AI is how we deliver, not what we sell. Three layers, used carefully:

- **Phase I. Research & Standardization.** Inside the Truth Audit, AI accelerates research and standardizes findings: industry benchmarks, comparable operations, blueprint documents. Diagnostic eye stays on the operator.
- **Phase II. Build.** Custom infrastructure built alongside developers using AI-assisted development. What used to require a six-figure dev team ships in weeks. That's why this engagement model is reachable for SMBs at all.
- **Phase III. Deployment.** Rules-based steps inside a clean process get automated. Only steps that pass the four-question filter (rules-based logic; happens weekly; low-stakes if wrong; data lives in a system). Everything else stays human.
