For your top SKU by units sold, when did you last compute its contribution margin per unit (Net Revenue minus COGS minus variable selling costs like fulfillment and payment processing)?

Within the last 30 days. Within the last quarter. We compute gross margin, not contribution margin. We have not computed it.

Question 4 of 5 · LTV:CAC

Your LTV:CAC ratio. When was it last computed using actual cohort retention data, with contribution margin (not revenue) as the LTV input?

Within the last quarter, with cohort plus contribution margin inputs. Within the last year, but inputs were partly projected. We use a number from a deck or pitch. We have not computed it from cohort data.
