I founded Vantelira to bring that rigour to the businesses that need it most. I was its first Forward Deployed Operator: understand how the work actually gets done, diagnose what is really broken, redesign it, build what is needed, deploy it with the people who use it, and own the outcome.
That method is now the system other operators work within. Vantelira takes on operations problems as projects and delivers them with Forward Deployed Operators trained in that method.
